CLEARWATER - A Lakeland man took his laptop to a Clearwater tattoo shop last month so he could pull up a photo of his VW bus, which he wanted tattooed on his abdomen.

But when he left the shop, he forgot the laptop. An employee at Monique's Body Essentials, 1861 Gulf-to-Bay Blvd., got onto the computer to see if any games were on it. He told police he found what looked like child pornography.

Clearwater police on Wednesday arrested Luke Lutter, 23, on four charges of possessing child pornography. Lutter was being held at the Pinellas County Jail on Thursday in lieu of $20,000 bail.

The computer was left at the store on Oct. 4. After police were called, a search warrant was obtained to look at the computer's files. Investigators found child pornography, police spokesman Wayne Shelor said.

Police then called Lutter and told him to pick up his computer. He came to the Police Department on Wednesday and was arrested. He admitted he possessed child pornography, arrest reports say.
