Deborah Ewusiak has been named manager of creative services for Ferman Motor Car Co., Tampa. Ewusiak was marketing and membership coordinator for the Gulf Coast Museum of Art, Largo.

Raymond James Bank, St. Petersburg, announces these appointments: Thomas F. Macina, senior vice president and senior credit administration officer; and Larry Schaad, vice president and senior commercial lender. Macina was senior vice president, manager of media and communications lending for Citizen's Financial Group, Boston; and Schaad was senior vice president, corporate treasurer for Danka Office Imaging Co., St. Petersburg.

Dr. Kauser Akhter has been named a staff physician for JSA Healthcare Corp. in Hillsborough County. Akhter was an internal medicine physician for the Pierson Clinic in Grosse Pointe Farms, Mich.

TradeWinds Island Resorts, St. Pete Beach, announces these appointments: Eric Peak, national sales manager; Michael Rabidoux, chef for Bermuda's restaurant; and Mark Martin, assistant food and beverage director. Peak was a national corporate sales manager for Safety Harbor Resort & Spa, Clearwater; Rabidoux was chef for Cabana Grill & Bar, Sand Key; and Martin was manager of the Flying Bridge restaurant at TradeWinds.

Holly B. Platter has been named a shareholder in the law firm of Smith Clark Delesie Bierley Mueller & Kadyk, Tampa. Platter rejoins the firm after serving as shareholder/vice president of the law firm of Richards Brandt Miller & Nelson in Salt Lake City.

William B. Bowles Jr. has been named a shareholder in the law firm of Bush Graziano & Rice PA, Tampa. Bowles concentrates in the areas of health care, professional liability, products liability and commercial litigation. He was an associate.

Bridgette Blake has been named a public relations specialist for Alliance Communications Inc., Tampa. Blake was editor of the Weekly Challenger, St. Petersburg.

Pamela Davis Mooney is chairwoman-elect of the Society of International Business Fellows, Atlanta. Mooney is chief executive of Global Outsourcing, St. Petersburg.
