Port Richey man accused of sexually assaulting girl

PORT RICHEY - A 42-year-old man was arrested Wednesday and accused of sexually battering a 15-year-old girl, Pasco County sheriff's deputies said.
Richard Allen Kratsas Jr. of 9226 Binnacle Drive knew the victim, said Sheriff's Office spokesman Doug Tobin.
Kratsas performed oral sex on her against her will and sexually battered her with his hand, deputies said. The victim was examined by medical personnel, whose findings were consistent with a sexual assault, deputies said.
Kratsas remained in custody Thursday afternoon pending $150,000 bail.
