Julie Anne Clutter, of Shaker Heights, Ohio, daughter of Beth and Earl Wardrum of St. Petersburg, graduated from Cleveland State University's Cleveland Marshall College of Law.

She received the Robert D. Kensey Memorial Award and a scholarship in civil liberties for a paper written about the same-sex marriage debate, titled The Same-Sex Marriage Debate: What the Courts Have Really Said About Marriage and a Functional Marriage.

Clutter is a senior editor of the Law Review and a team member of the Cleveland Bar Association's three R's program, which prepares graduating students for an exit exam on the principles of Constitutional Law.
